Contract intelligence for the DMV
BYDRA monitors public procurement sources across the DMV (Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia) — including SAM.gov, Maryland’s eMMA, and county procurement portals — scores each opportunity against a client’s profile, and delivers plain-English briefs through a dashboard and a daily digest. It turns a firehose of solicitations into a short, ranked list of what is actually worth pursuing.

The AI Agent Builder is a 16-week program for becoming a production-grade AI agent builder and manager. It is our exploration into teaching the craft properly — moving past demos to the evaluation, tooling, and operational habits that make agents dependable in the real world.
